Description
The robust, ankle-high Down Waterproof shoe from WoodU, formerly primarily a leisure, ground and outdoor shoe, has been further developed and is now also ideally suited for working and climbing in trees thanks to a new sole and thicker leather. The new "Limbwalker sole" guarantees excellent grip and is particularly durable. It was specially designed for climbing and guarantees high stability. Different zones provide good grip on tree bark, as well as in wet or slippery conditions. Thanks to the centrally rounded profile and the laterally raised grip strips, the Down Waterproof is now also suitable for footlocking when climbing on a rope. The shoe is made of high-quality cowhide leather. The heel is additionally reinforced with an extra nylon midsole and the forefoot is slightly more flexible than the back. Like its predecessor, the shoe has a waterproof, breathable membrane. WoodU is the brand for all those who feel connected to trees.
