Description
The I'D L descender from Petzl is particularly suitable for technical rescue. It is self-braking and with an ergonomically shaped lever it can be comfortably controlled during the rappelling process. The risk of accidents due to operating errors is significantly reduced by the anti-panic function and the safety lock. With the AUTO-LOCK system, the user can simply stay in a required position. Without using the lever, the blockage can be released and the rope can be pulled in. The device remains securely attached to the belt even when the rope is inserted. Ropes with a diameter of 12,5 to 13 mm are permitted. The descender device enables loads of up to 280 kg to be handled.
