Description
The Freexion Sub-System enables quick ascent and descent on a single rope – and offers a considerable range of movements. Thanks to the 3-stage adjustment system (hard/medium/soft), the device can be set for more or less friction depending on the rope diameter and/or the weight of the climber, without changing the clamping knot or removing the device from the rope. The Freexion can be fully opened for threading the rope. The soft tether is well-suited for navigating around branches.
As a set, the Freexion is certified in the following combinations: Freexion including tether (also available as a spare part), clamping knot sling, pulley (either DMM Hitch Climber or CAMP Sphinx).
