Description
The self-locking hauling pulley with a reduction factor of 4 – or 5 when used in reverse – is the ideal solution for rescue operations. It has been specially designed to enable the safe lifting and lowering of injured persons or the tensioning of devices. The compact system is CE marked, tested to 18 kN for 3 minutes, and suitable even in confined spaces. The self-locking function prevents the load from running back after hauling, ensuring quick and easy operation. The pulley consists of UP ROLL and UP LOCK rope sheaves with ball-bearing pulleys, complemented by a patent-pending rope guide that keeps the ropes parallel and reduces twisting. Thanks to the Freelock system, the cam can be unlocked or locked with just one hand movement, even when wearing gloves. The package includes two oval OVX TG carabiners with Triplex screw gate and anti-rotation system, as well as an 8 mm connector according to EN 564. For transport, the system is stored in a resealable pouch with a minimal packing size, featuring a drawcord opening for rapid deployment.
