Actsafe ICX Power Ascender

The Actsafe ICX Power Ascender is an electric climbing device and is approved for EN 1891-A ropes with a diameter of at least 11 mm. As a motorised system, the winch simplifies and speeds up work on structures that are difficult to access and is also suitable for rescue scenarios in an emergency. It is designed to transport up to 185 kg - whether climbers with equipment, material or loads. The battery-powered, ultra-lightweight ascent and descent aid enables effortless and energy-saving ascent and is therefore particularly useful at great heights. The motorised cable winch is powered by a Husqvarna BLi 200 battery. This is already included in the scope of delivery. In an emergency, the remote control (range of up to 50 m) can be used to control the device. The person on the ground can then lower the winch again after the ascent and use the winch to transport material up to the climber. Be it chainsaws, crown safety equipment or heavy lifting slings for crane felling. In the event of a rescue, the remote control can also be used to lower the climber. The winch also has an emergency lowering function. If the battery is empty, abseiling is always possible. With a separately available BLi 300 battery, the drive-able distance is increased by a factor of almost 2 (depending on the weight to be transported). The Actsafe ICX is IP 55 certified and therefore protected against dust and water jets.
