Description
The Bretelle chest strap for the Petzl Sequoia climbing harnesses serves to noticeably relieve the hips during longer tree work sessions. By redistributing part of the load onto the shoulders, it significantly increases comfort, especially when working with a lot of equipment or on longer ascents.
The shoulder strap is attached to the front attachment loop of the harness as well as to the two loops on the back of the waist belt. The connection is made via the three webbing straps, which are secured with the MINO accessory carabiners included in the delivery.
Additionally, the chest strap can be used during ascent to carry rappel devices such as the ZigZag. The attachment height at the chest is adjustable and can be individually adapted to ensure an ergonomic and functional position.
