Description

Because of very low elongation of this high tech hollow braid, it serves perfectly as static brake protection with branch base up to Ø 60 cm and as carrying safeguard with branch base of up to Ø 40 cm. The hollow braid’s fine dimension does not allow the use of an insert. Instead, specially adapted Dyneema Slings are used.
• Dyna-One Hollow Braid, Ø 10 mm, 8 t (new rope according to the manufacturer)
• stretch at breaking point (acc. to Reck) approx. 2 %
• only 12.5 % of the weight of a same strength steel cable
• quick splice
