Description
The Freexion Sub-System enables fast ascent and descent on single ropes and offers a considerable range of movement sequences. Thanks to the 3-stage adjustment system (hard/medium/soft), the device can be set to more or less friction depending on the rope diameter and/or the weight of the climber, without changing the hitch knot or removing the device from the rope. The Freexion can be fully opened to insert the rope. The soft tether is well suited for climbing around branches.
The Freexion is certified as a set in the following combinations: Freexion including Tether (also available as a spare part), friction hitch knot sling, pulley (either DMM Hitch Climber or CAMP Sphinx).
