Description
The Salathe Lite is an extremely lightweight yet stable hybrid helmet with a hard shell made of extremely light, sturdy Curv® material and EPS inner foam. The Curv® shell in the upper and front area provides additional protection, e. g. against smaller branches and twigs. Thanks to the extra-light EPP core, the climbing helmet by Edelrid has excellent shock absorption and high dimensional stability.
The side buckles of the chin strap and the ergonomic inner shape with removable, washable pads make the Salathe Lite very comfortable. The minimalist adjustment system has adjustable webbing straps that guarantee a secure fit and a small pack size. Two clips at the front and an elastic strap at the back allow a headlamp to be attached to the helmet. Large openings ensure good ventilation.
