Description
The Distel Alu PLUS Classic tree climbing irons are forged by DMM. The shaft is ergonomically angled in three levels. This positions the 45 mm wide stirrup slightly forward at an ergonomic angle to the lower leg. This not only makes the Alu PLUS Classic climbing irons more stable but also particularly comfortable. The Vibram rubber sole provides a firm grip on branches. The comfortable, padded plastic shells are height-adjustable in 1/4 inch increments (approximately 6 mm) along the shaft. This allows for optimal adjustment to the user's leg. The Velcro strap at the top (105 mm) and the robust synthetic leather strap from Weaver at the bottom ensure a secure, play-free, and comfortable fit. The PTFE coating on the spikes protects against corrosion and ensures that the spike can be easily released from the tree fibre. Spike protectors included.
