Description
Climbing Technology's Cric is a small, sturdy and multifunctional rope access and rescue device. It features an integrated pulley with an anti-return system.
The four main applications are
- single pulley
- pulley with anti-reverse device
- rope clamp for ascent
- quick and easy hauling to lift a person / rescue mode
The ergonomic, intuitive opening function enables rapid installation on the rope in the desired mode, even when wearing gloves or in unfavorable conditions. The rope clamp is equipped with a steel cam with teeth that protect the rope from wear, but clamp it just as effectively. The cam also features two grooves to reduce mud accumulation and maintain effective rope locking in all conditions (dirty rope, icy rope, etc.).
Thanks to its versatility, compactness and user-friendly, intuitive operation, the Cric saves time, space and material.
Please note: it is not a fall arrester (EN 353-2 / EN 12841-A), nor should it be used for self-belaying in climbing.
