Description

The Ballistol Workshop Oil maintains, protects and ensures that heavily used machines work perfectly. It keeps tools running smoothly, prevents creaking and squeaking and protects against rust and corrosion. Perfect for winches, pulleys or screw connections – in fact for everything that has to move smoothly during work. The versatile oil reaches every crack, allowing rusted screws, jammed boot latches and icy door locks to be opened again. It is also slippery and water-repellent on metal surfaces, it does not gum up or stick. Thanks to the wax it contains, it adheres very well to the treated surfaces.

The workshop oil by Ballistol is free of animal oils as well as PTFE, silicone- and acid-free. It is also suitable as chain oil for bicycles and motorbikes.

Worth knowing

Ballistol – an eco-conscious company with a long tradition
For decades, the German-based company Ballistol has attached great importance to sustainability and the protection of the environment. The ingredients of Ballistol are completely biodegradable – after 18 days already more than 40 %, after 24 days completely. Various recognised tests, e. g. by the OECD, have examined and proven this. The base oil, medically pure white oil, is environmentally neutral and does not harm organisms in the soil or water. All other ingredients are purely natural plant products or their derivatives. None of Ballistol’s products contain substances that damage the ozone layer – not even the sprays.

For decades, Ballistol has been complying with current standards in environmental protection and packaging regulations. Repackaging and original packaging, for example, are recycled. In this way, the company constantly reduces its own CO2 footprint. Whenever possible, products are filled in glass bottles, large quantities in metal canisters. The tin and empty spray cans are recyclable and contribute to sustainable production.
