Description
Work to remove the caterpillars of the Oak Processionary Moth or their hair may only be carried out with appropriate protective clothing. The Versaflo 306 safety helmet with light comfort face seal provides tested breathing, eye and face protection – and therefore safe protection from the dangerous hair. Thanks to the seal the extremely fine hairs cannot get into the face. The breathing protection prevents them from entering the airways. The Versaflo is also suitable for work on trees affected by sooty bark disease because of the respiratory protection.
The helmet has an adjustable headband for better wearing comfort. The visor with eye and face protection according to EN 166 is included. The Versaflo 306 complies with EN 397 for industrial safety helmets and can be used for tree climbing. In combination with the TR-300 blower unit (available as an option) the Versaflo 306 forms a blower supported respiratory protective device and complies with EN 12941.
